And not was for him a group (to) help him from other than Allah, and not was (he) supported.

But there was no host to help him, apart from God, and he was helpless
Nor had he numbers to help him against God, nor was he able to deliver himself
وَلَمْ تَكُن لَّهُۥ فِئَةٌۭ يَنصُرُونَهُۥ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا كَانَ مُنتَصِرًا ٤٣
walam takun lahu fi-atun yanṣurūnahu min dūni l-lahi wamā kāna muntaṣira
