By the clear book.
Indeed We, We sent it down in a blessed night; indeed, We were warning,
In it is made distinct every wise affair,
A command from Us. Indeed, We were sending,
Mercy from your Lord; indeed He, He is the Hearing, the Knowing,
The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between both of them, if you are sure.
There is no god but He, He gives life and He causes death, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers, the former people.
Nay, they are in doubt, playing.
So watch. On the day the heaven will come with clear smoke,
To cover mankind. This is a painful punishment.
'Our Lord! Remove from us the punishment; indeed, We are believers.'
How can they have the reminder? And certainly, a clear messenger came to them,
Then they turned away from him and they said, 'One taught, mad.'
Indeed, We remove the punishment a little, indeed, you return.
On the day We will assault, the great assault, indeed, We will take vengeance.
And surely, certainly before them We tried the people of Pharaoh, and a noble messenger came to them,
That, 'Convey to me the servants of God, indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger;'
And that, 'Do not exalt yourselves against God; indeed I, I come to you with clear authority.
And indeed I, I have sought refuge with my Lord and your Lord, lest you stone me.
And if you do not believe me then withdraw from me.'
Then he called upon his Lord that, ‘These are sinful people.’
So travel by night with My servants, by night; indeed, you will be followed.
And leave the sea at rest, indeed, they are an army to be drowned.
How many did they leave of gardens and springs,
And cornfields and a noble station,
And a life of ease in which they used to enjoy?
Thus. And We made other people inherit it.
And the heaven and the earth wept not for them, and they were not given respite.
And surely, certainly We saved the children of Israel from the shameful punishment.
From Pharaoh; indeed, he was haughty, among the extravagant.
And surely, certainly We chose them upon knowledge over the worlds;
And We gave them of the signs that in which was a clear trial.
Indeed these, surely they say,
'It is not except our first death, and we will not be quickened.
Then come with our forefathers, if you are truthful.'
Are they better or the people of Tubba and those who were before them? We destroyed them, indeed, they were sinners.
And We created not the heavens and the earth and what is between both of them to play.
We created both of them not except with the truth, but most of them do not know.
Indeed, the Day of Decision is their appointed time all together;
On the day a relation will not avail anything against a relation, and they, they will not be helped;
Except he who God has compassion on; indeed He, He is the Mighty, the Compassionate.
Indeed, the tree of Zaqqum,
The food of the sinner,
Like molten brass, it will boil in the bellies,
Like the boiling of hot water.
Take him and drag him to the midst of the hellfire,
Then pour over his head of the punishment of hot water.
Taste. Indeed you, you are the mighty, the noble.
Indeed, this is what you used to doubt.
Indeed, those who fear are in a safe station.
In gardens and springs,
Wearing fine silk and brocade, face to face.
Thus. And We paired them with wide-eyed houris.
They will call in it for every fruit in safety.
They will not taste death in it except the first death, and He guarded them from the punishment of the hellfire;
Grace from your Lord; that, it is the great success.
And We only made it easy in your language, perhaps they may remember.
So watch; indeed, they are watching.
