And he used (to) enjoin (on) his people the prayer and zakah and was near his Lord pleasing.
who used to enjoin upon his people prayer and charity, and found favour in his Sustainer's sight
He enjoined upon his people worship and almsgiving, and was acceptable in the sight of his Lord
He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord
He used to urge his people to pray and give alms-tax. And his Lord was well pleased with him.
He used to order his people to pray and to give the purifying alms, and he found favor with His Lord
He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him
And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased
He had been commanding his people to formal prayer and the purifying alms and he had been with His Lord one who is well-pleasing.
He used to order his people to pray and [pay] the welfare tax; he was approved by his Lord.
And he used to command his family to establish prayer, give obligatory charity, and his Lord was pleased (with him).
He used to bid his people to prayer and almsgiving, and he was pleasing unto his Lord
He used to command his family to pray and to give charity, and he was pleasing to his Lord.
And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and charity, and he was pleasing to his Lord
And he used to enjoin on his family-members and his people As-Salat and the Zakat. And he was, in the sight of his Nourisher-Sustainer, a man liked and appreciated
He commanded his people to establish Salah and give Zakah, and was the one with whom his Lord was well pleased
And he used to command his family to (keep up) the prayer and (to give) Zakat; (The poordues) and he was most satisfied in the Providence of his Lord
He would order his people to worship God and pay the religious tax. His Lord was pleased with him
He used to enjoin Salah and Zakah upon his family, and was favourite to his Lord
He enjoined upon his people the establishment of the Divine System and of the Just Economic Order. He was highly acceptable in the Sight of his Lord
He obligated ´salat´ and ´zakat´ upon his family. In the eyes of his Lord, he was an adorable person
And he used to bring together his people with prayer and charity, and he was welcome in the Sight of his Lord
And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and zakah and was to his Lord pleasing
And he used to instruct his family with the contact-method and towards betterment, and his Lord was pleased with him
He commanded his household to pray and give alms, and his Lord was well pleased with him
And he was wont to command his household to the Prayer and the poor-rate, and he was with his Lord an approved one. *Chapter:1
He enjoined on his household worship and zakat, and he was obedient to his Lord

He used to tell his family to pray and to give Zakat, and his Lord liked him.
He enjoined his household to observe Prayer and to give Zakah (purifying alms); and his Lord was well pleased with him
And he used to instruct his family to the contact prayer and purification, and his Lord was pleased with him
And he used to enjoin his family to pray and to give in charity, and his Lord was well pleased with him
And he bade his family members to pray and to give poor due (Zakat) and was pleasing to his Lord.
He used to enjoin his family to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat); he was acceptable to his Lord.
And he ordered his people to pray and to give charity and his Lord was pleased with him
And he enjoined on his people prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased
And (he) was ordering/commanding his family/people with the prayers and the charity/purification, and (he) was at his Lord accepted/approved
He would invite his folks to worship Me on regular basis and encourage them to be charitable. God is satisfied with him
He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord
He used to enjoin Prayer and alms-giving on his people, and he was well pleasing to his Lord
And he used to enjoin on his family Prayer and Zakat (the Alms-due), and (held) the station of mardiyya in the presence of his Lord (i.e., his Lord was well-pleased with him)
He enjoined his people to observe prayer and present alms. He was well pleasing to his Lord
And he used to enjoin on his family and his people As-Salat (the prayers) and the Zakat, and his Lord was pleased with him

He encouraged his people in prayer and charity. He was acceptable in the sight of his Lord.
And he used to command his family to prayer and purifying charity, and with his Lord he was always rendered pleased.
He used to order his people to pray and [pay] the Zakat (welfare tax); he was approved by his Lord.
And he was commanding his family with the prayers and the Zakat, and he was at his Lord, satisfied.
He used to enjoin on his people prayer and charity, and his Lord was well pleased with him.
He used to command his family to experience salat and purity. In the sight of his Rabb he was in the state of the pleasing self (Nafs al mardhiya).
And he used to enjoin on his family prayer and almsgiving, and he was well pleased in the sight of his Lord
He always enjoined his family and his people the practice of praying to Allah and the religious duty of Zakat, and he was very near and well pleasing to Allah, his Creator
And he used to enjoin on his people worship (salat) and charity (zakat) and he was one with whom his Fosterer was pleased.
And he used to bid his people prayers and almsgiving, and was pleasing in the sight of his Lord.
He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord
And he used (to) enjoin (on) his people the prayer and zakah and was near his Lord pleasing
