They said, "We (are) possessors (of) strength and possessors (of) might great, and the command (is) up to you, so look what you will command."
View 82 More Translations ↓They answered: “We are endowed with power and with mighty prowess in war - but the command is thine; consider, then, what thou wouldst command.”
They said, 'We possess force and we possess great might. The affair rests with thee; so consider what thou wilt command.
They said: "We are endued with strength, and given to vehement war: but the command is with thee; so consider what thou wilt command."
قَالُوا۟ نَحْنُ أُو۟لُوا۟ قُوَّةٍۢ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ بَأْسٍۢ شَدِيدٍۢ وَٱلْأَمْرُ إِلَيْكِ فَٱنظُرِى مَاذَا تَأْمُرِينَ ٣٣
qālū naḥnu ulū quwwatin wa-ulū basin shadīdin wal-amru ilayki fa-unẓurī mādhā tamurīn
