O you who believe! (Do) not be like those who abused Musa then cleared him Allah of what they said. And he was near Allah honorable.
View 82 More Translations ↓O YOU who have attained to faith! Be not like those [children of Israel] who gave offence to Moses, and [remember that] God showed him to be innocent of whatever they alleged [against him or demanded of him]: for of great honour was he in the sight of God
O believers, be not as those who hurt Moses, but God declared him quit of what they said, and he was high honoured with God
O ye who believe! Be ye not like those who vexed and insulted Moses, but God cleared him of the (calumnies) they had uttered: and he was honourable in God's sight
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ ءَاذَوْا۟ مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ ٱللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُوا۟ ۚ وَكَانَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَجِيهًۭا ٦٩
yāayyuhā alladhīna āmanū lā takūnū ka-alladhīna ādhaw mūsā fabarra-ahu l-lahu mimmā qālū wakāna ʿinda l-lahi wajīha
