Those who disbelieved from the people of the Book and the polytheists would not give up [their falsehood] until there came to them the clear proof,
A Messenger from Allah, reciting upon them purified pages
Wherein the writings are canonized [established].
Nor did those who were given the Book become divided until after what come to them, the clear proof.
And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in the religion, monotheists, and establish the prayers and to give the zakah. And that is the correct religion.
Indeed, they who disbelieved from the People of the Book and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding therein for ever. Those are the most evil land creatures.
Indeed, they who believed and worked the righteous deeds, those are the best land creatures.
Their reward with Allah is: Eden paradises flowing from beneath which the rivers, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they will be pleased with Him. That is for whoever feared his Lord.
