Fa-Ra-Ta
to be sweet (water), thirst quenching, The Euphrate/Tigris.
furat
n.m.
25:53
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Maraja Al-Baĥrayni Hādhā `Adhbun Furātun Wa Hadhā Milĥun 'Ujājun Wa Ja`ala Baynahumā Barzakhāan Wa Ĥijrāan Maĥjūrāan
And He is the One who merges the two seas; this is fresh and palatable and this is salty and bitter. And He made between them a partition and an inviolable enclosure.
35:12
Wa Mā Yastawī Al-Baĥrāni Hādhā `Adhbun Furātun Sā'ighun Sharābuhu Wa Hadhā Milĥun 'Ujājun Wa Min Kullin Ta'kulūna Laĥmāan Ţarīyāan Wa Tastakhrijūna Ĥilyatan Talbasūnahā Wa Tará Al-Fulka Fīhi Mawākhira Litabtaghū Min FaĐlihi Wa La`allakum Tashkurūna
Nor are the two seas the same. One is fresh and palatable, good to drink, while the other is salty and bitter. And from each of them you eat tender meat, and you extract jewelry to wear. And you see the ships sailing through them, seeking His provisions; and perhaps you may be thankful.
77:27
Wa Ja`alnā Fīhā Rawāsiya Shāmikhātin Wa 'Asqaynākum Mā'an Furātāan
And We made massive stabilizers in it, and We gave you to drink fresh water?
