17:76
وَإِنْ كَادُوا لَيَسْتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ لِيُخْرِجُوكَ مِنْهَا وَإِذا ً لاَ يَلْبَثُونَ خِلاَفَكَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلا ً
Wa 'In Kādū Layastafizzūnaka Mina Al-'ArĐi Liyukhrijūka Minhā Wa 'Idhāan Lā Yalbathūna Khilāfaka 'Illā Qalīlāan
And they nearly intimidated you so they could drive you out of the land. But then they would have been destroyed shortly after you were gone.
17:103
فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَسْتَفِزَّهُمْ مِنَ الأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنَاه ُُ وَمَنْ مَعَه ُُ جَمِيعا ً
Fa'arāda 'An Yastafizzahum Mina Al-'ArĐi Fa'aghraqnāhu Wa Man Ma`ahu Jamī`āan
So he wanted to entice them out of the land. But We drowned him and all those with him.

وَاسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُمْ بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِمْ بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِي الأَمْوالِ وَالأَولاَدِ وَعِدْهُمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلاَّ غُرُورا ً
Wa Astafziz Mani Astaţa`ta Minhum Bişawtika Wa 'Ajlib `Alayhim Bikhaylika Wa Rajilika Wa Shārik/hum Fī Al-'Amwli Wa Al-'Awlādi Wa `Id/hum Wa Mā Ya`iduhumu Ash-Shayţānu 'Illā Ghurūrāan
"And entice whoever you can of them with your voice, and mobilize all your forces and men against them, and you may share with them in their money and children, and promise them." But the devil promises nothing but deceit.
