11:70
فَلَمَّا رَأَى أَيْدِيَهُمْ لاَ تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَة ً قَالُوا لاَ تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمِ لُوط ٍ
Falammā Ra'á 'Aydiyahum Lā Taşilu 'Ilayhi Nakirahum Wa 'Awjasa Minhum Khīfatan Qālū Lā Takhaf 'Innā 'Ursilnā 'Ilá Qawmi Lūţin
But when he saw that their hands did not go towards it, he mistrusted them, and he began to have fear of them. They said: "Have no fear, we have been sent to the people of Lot."
20:67
فَأَوْجَسَ فِي نَفْسِه ِِ خِيفَة ً مُوسَى
Fa'awjasa Fī Nafsihi Khīfatan Mūsá
And Moses held some fear in himself.
51:28
فَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَة ً قَالُوا لاَ تَخَفْ وَبَشَّرُوه ُُ بِغُلاَمٍ عَلِيم ٍ
Fa'awjasa Minhum Khīfatan Qālū Lā Takhaf Wa Bashsharūhu Bighulāmin `Alīmin
He then became fearful of them. They said: Do not fear, and they gave him good news of a knowledgeable son.
