فَإِنْ زَلَلْتُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْكُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيم ٌ
Fa'in Zalaltum Min Ba`di Mā Jā'atkumu Al-Bayyinātu Fā`lamū 'Anna Allāha `Azīzun Ĥakīmun
But if you slip after the clarity has come to you, then know that God is Noble, Wise.

وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُوا أَيْمَانَكُمْ دَخَلا ً بَيْنَكُمْ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَم ٌ بَعْدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُوا السُّوءَ بِمَا صَدَدْتُمْ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلَكُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيم ٌ
Wa Lā Tattakhidhū 'Aymānakum Dakhalāan Baynakum Fatazilla Qadamun Ba`da Thubūtihā Wa Tadhūqū As-Sū'a Bimā Şadadtum `An Sabīli Allāhi Wa Lakum `Adhābun `Ažīmun
And do not use your oaths as a means of deception between you, that a foot will slip after it has been made firm, and you will taste the evil of turning away from the path of God, and you will have a great retribution.

فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيه ِِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوّ ٌ وَلَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرّ ٌ وَمَتَاع ٌ إِلَى حِين ٍ
Fa'azallahumā Ash-Shayţānu `Anhā Fa'akhrajahumā Mimmā Kānā Fīhi Wa Qulnā Ahbiţū Ba`Đukum Liba`Đin `Adūwun Wa Lakum Fī Al-'ArĐi Mustaqarrun Wa Matā`un 'Ilá Ĥīnin
So, the devil caused them to slip from it, and he brought them out from what they were in, and We said: "Descend; for you are enemies to one another; and on the earth you will have residence and provisions until the appointed time."

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَوَلَّوْا مِنْكُمْ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ إِنَّمَا اسْتَزَلَّهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ بِبَعْضِ مَا كَسَبُوا وَلَقَدْ عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ حَلِيم ٌ
'Inna Al-Ladhīna Tawallaw Minkum Yawma At-Taqá Al-Jam`āni 'Innamā Astazallahumu Ash-Shayţānu Biba`Đi Mā Kasabū Wa Laqad `Afā Allāhu `Anhum 'Inna Allāha Ghafūrun Ĥalīmun
Those of you who turned away on the day that the two hosts met, it was the devil who caused them to slip due to some of what they had earned. And God has pardoned them, for God is Forgiver, Compassionate.
