| And He gave you | | waātākum | | وَءَاتَاكُمْ | | ا ت ى | |
| you asked of Him. | | sa-altumūhu | | سَأَلْتُمُوهُ | | س ا ل | |
| you count | | taʿuddū | | تَعُدُّوا | | ع د د | |
| (the) Favor | | niʿ'mata | | نِعْمَتَ | | ن ع م | |
| (of) Allah | | l-lahi | | اللَّهِ | | ا ل ه | |
| you will (be able to) count them. | | tuḥ'ṣūhā | | تُحْصُوهَا | | ح ص ى | |
| the mankind | | l-insāna | | الْإِنْسَانَ | | ا ن س | |
| (is) surely unjust | | laẓalūmun | | لَظَلُومٌ | | ظ ل م | |
| (and) ungrateful. | | kaffārun | | كَفَّارٌ | | ك ف ر | |
