| Arabic | | وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِين |  |

| accuse | | yarmūna | | يَرْمُونَ | | ر م ى | |
| their spouses | | azwājahum | | أَزْوَاجَهُمْ | | ز و ج | |
| witnesses | | shuhadāu | | شُهَدَاءُ | | ش ه د | |
| themselves, | | anfusuhum | | أَنْفُسُهُمْ | | ن ف س | |
| then (the) testimony | | fashahādatu | | فَشَهَادَةُ | | ش ه د | |
| (of) one of them | | aḥadihim | | أَحَدِهِمْ | | ا ح د | |
| (is) four | | arbaʿu | | أَرْبَعُ | | ر ب ع | |
| testimonies | | shahādātin | | شَهَادَاتٍ | | ش ه د | |
| by Allah, | | bil-lahi | | بِاللَّهِ | | ا ل ه | |
| that he | | innahu | | إِنَّهُ | | ا ن ن | |
| (is) surely of | | lamina | | لَمِنَ | | م ن | |
| the truthful. | | l-ṣādiqīna | | الصَّادِقِينَ | | ص د ق | |
