55:2 | | taught the Quran |
55:3 | | created the human being |
55:4 | | taught him the speech |
55:5 | | The sun and the moon with precisely calculated (courses) |
55:6 | | The herb (or the star) and the tree both humble themselves (before Him) |
55:7 | | And He raised the sky and set up the balance |
55:8 | | that you do not outdo the balance |
55:9 | | And perform the weighing with justice and do not make the scale light |
55:10 | | And He set up the earth for the human race |
55:11 | | in it there are fruits and palm trees having coverings |
55:12 | | and the seed having outer shell, and the fragrant herbs |
55:13 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:14 | | He created the human being from dried clay like pottery clay |
55:15 | | And He created the Jinn from flame of a fire |
55:16 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:17 | | Master of the two easts and Master of the two wests |
55:18 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:19 | | He made the two seas flow freely to meet |
55:20 | | there is a barrier between them that they do not go beyond |
55:21 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:22 | | Pearl and coral comes out of both of them |
55:23 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:24 | | And the sailing ships raised in the sea like the mountains/road signs belong to Him |
55:25 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:26 | | Everyone on it (the earth) is mortal |
55:27 | | while your Master's essence, having the majesty and the nobility remains (forever) |
55:28 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:29 | | Everyone in the skies and on the earth ask Him (for their needs). Every day He is in some affair |
55:30 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:31 | | We are going to attend to you, the two important beings (humans and Jinn) |
55:32 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:33 | | You, group of Jinn and humans, if you can cross the boundaries of the skies and the earth then cross. You cannot cross except with an authorization |
55:34 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:35 | | A flame of fire and melted copper will be sent upon both of you, and you cannot help/defend yourselves |
55:36 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:37 | | And when the sky splits and it becomes red like the red rawhide (or red hot oil) |
55:38 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:39 | | On that day no human being or Jinn is asked about his sin |
55:40 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:41 | | The guilty ones are recognized by their appearance, then they are taken by (the hair lock of) the forehead and the feet |
55:42 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:43 | | This is hell that the guilty ones deny it |
55:44 | | They go around between it and between hot boiling water |
55:45 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:46 | | And there are two gardens for anyone who fears his Master’s position |
55:47 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:48 | | Two (gardens) having a variety (of trees) |
55:49 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:50 | | There are two springs flowing in both of them |
55:51 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:52 | | There are pairs of every fruits in both of them |
55:53 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:54 | | Leaning on cushions/beds inside of which is from heavy silk, and fruits of the two gardens are within reach |
55:55 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:56 | | And there are girls with restrained glances in them whom no human being or Jinn had sex with them before them |
55:57 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:58 | | They are like the ruby and the coral |
55:59 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:60 | | Is reward of the goodness anything except goodness |
55:61 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:62 | | And beside those two are two (other) gardens |
55:63 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:64 | | Both dark green (because of lush vegetation) |
55:65 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:66 | | There are two springs gushing out in both of them |
55:67 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:68 | | There are fruits and date and pomegranate in both of them |
55:69 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:70 | | There are good and beautiful females in both of them |
55:71 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:72 | | Appealing girls restricted in the pavilions |
55:73 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:74 | | No human being or Jinn had sex with them before them |
55:75 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:76 | | Leaning on green pillows and fine colorful carpets |
55:77 | | Then which of your Master’s favors do you deny |
55:78 | | Blessed is the name of your Master, having the majesty and the nobility |
