| Arabic | | سَأَصْرِفُ عَنْ آيَاتِيَ الَّذِينَ يَتَكَبَّرُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَإِن يَرَوْا كُلَّ آيَةٍ لَّا يُؤْمِنُوا بِهَا وَإِن يَرَوْا سَبِيلَ الرُّشْدِ لَا يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلًا وَإِن يَرَوْا سَبِيلَ الْغَيِّ يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلًا ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُوا عَنْهَا غَافِلِين |  |

| they see | yaraw | يَرَوْا | ر ا ى | |
| they will believe | yu'minū | يُؤْمِنُوا | ا م ن | |
| they see | yaraw | يَرَوْا | ر ا ى | |
| (the) way | sabīla | سَبِيلَ | س ب ل | |
| (of) the righteousness, | l-rush'di | الرُّشْدِ | ر ش د | |
| they will take it | yattakhidhūhu | يَتَّخِذُوهُ | ا خ ذ | |
| (as) a way, | sabīlan | سَبِيلًا | س ب ل | |
| they see | yaraw | يَرَوْا | ر ا ى | |
| (the) way | sabīla | سَبِيلَ | س ب ل | |
| (of) [the] error, | l-ghayi | الْغَيِّ | غ و ى | |
| they will take it | yattakhidhūhu | يَتَّخِذُوهُ | ا خ ذ | |
| (as) a way. | sabīlan | سَبِيلًا | س ب ل | |
| (is) because they | bi-annahum | بِأَنَّهُمْ | ا ن ن | |
| denied | kadhabū | كَذَّبُوا | ك ذ ب | |
| Our Signs | biāyātinā | بِءَايَاتِنَا | ا ى ا | |
| and they were | wakānū | وَكَانُوا | ك و ن | |
| heedless. | ghāfilīna | غَافِلِينَ | غ ف ل | |
