Ayn-Ba-Alif
General Root Meaning
to care for, be solicitous, hold to be of any weight or worth, attach any weight or value, have concern.
  
yaʿba-u   (1)

25:77
Say, "Not will care for you my Lord, if not your prayer (is to Him). But verily, you have denied, so soon will be the inevitable (punishment)."
