General Root Meaning
to be confounded/perplexed/confused, wander blindly, stumble to and fro, unable to find the right course, mental blindness.
ya'mahuun (prf. 3rd. m. pl.): they are blindly wandering, they lost all marks which are helpful for finding a way.

2:15
Allah mocks at them, and prolongs them in their transgression, they wander blindly.

27:4
Indeed, those who (do) not believe in the Hereafter, We have made fair-seeming to them their deeds, so they wander blindly.

6:110
And We will turn their hearts and their sights (just) as not they believe in it (the) first time. And We will leave them in their transgression wandering blindly.

Whoever lets go astray Allah then (there is) no guide for him. And He leaves them in their transgression wandering blindly.
