17:29
And (do) not make your hand chained to your neck, and not extend it (to its) utmost reach, so that you sit blameworthy, insolvent.

And you (would) think them awake while they (were) asleep. And We turned them to the right and to the left, while their dog stretched his two forelegs at the entrance. If you had looked at them, you (would) have surely turned from them (in) flight and surely you would have been by them (with) terror.

And who (is) more unjust than (one) who invents about Allah a lie or said, "It has been inspired to me" while not it was inspired to him anything, and (one) who said, "I will reveal like what has revealed Allah." And if you (could) see when the wrongdoers (are) in agonies (of) [the] death while the Angels (are) stretching out their hands (saying), "Discharge your souls! Today you will be recompensed (with) punishment humiliating because you used to say against Allah other than the truth and you were towards His Verses being arrogant."

They said, How can be for him the kingship over us, while we (are) more entitled to kingship than him, and not he has been given abundance of [the] wealth?" He said, "Indeed, Allah has chosen him over you and increased him abundantly in [the] knowledge and [the] physique. And Allah gives His kingdom (to) whom He wills. And Allah (is) All-Encompassing, All-Knowing."

7:69
Do you wonder that has come to you a reminder from your Lord on a man among you that he may warn you? And remember when He made you successors from after (the) people (of) Nuh, and increased you in the stature extensively. So remember (the) Bounties (of) Allah so that you may succeed."

Allah (is) the One Who sends the winds, so they raise (the) clouds, then He spreads them in the sky, how He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain coming forth from their midst. Then when He causes it to fall on whom He wills of His slaves, behold! They rejoice.

13:14
To Him (is) supplication (of) the truth. And those whom they invoke from besides Him not they respond to them with a thing except like one who stretches his hands towards water to reach his mouth, but not it reaches it. And not (is) the supplication (of) the disbelievers but in error.

5:64
And said the Jews, "Hand Allah's (is) chained." Are chained their hands, and they have been cursed for what they said. Nay, His Hands (are) stretched out He spends how He wills. And surely increase many of them, what has been revealed to you from your Lord, (in) rebellion and disbelief. And We have cast among them [the] enmity and [the] hatred till (the) Day (of) the Resurrection. Every time they kindled (the) fire of [the] war, extinguished it Allah. And they strive in the earth spreading corruption. And Allah (does) not love the corrupters.

If they gain dominance over you, they would be to you enemies and extend against you their hands and their tongues with evil, and they desire that you would disbelieve.

Allah extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts. And they rejoice in the life (of) the world and nothing (is) the life of the world in (comparison to) the Hereafter, except an enjoyment.

17:30
Indeed, your Lord extends the provision for whom He wills, and straitens. Indeed, He is of His slaves All-Aware, All-Seer.

28:82
And began, those who (had) wished his position the day before (to) say, "Ah! That Allah extends the provision for whom He wills of His slaves, and restricts it. If not that had favored Allah [to] us He would have caused it to swa us. Ah! That not will succeed the disbelievers."

29:62
Allah extends the provision for whom He wills of His slaves and restricts for him. Indeed, Allah of every thing (is) All-Knower.

30:37
Do not they see that Allah extends the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it). Indeed, in that surely (are) Signs for a people who believe.

34:36
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts, but most [the] people (do) not know."

34:39
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends the provision for whom He wills of His slaves and restricts for him. But what you spend of anything then He will compensate it and He (is the) Best (of) the Providers.

39:52
Do not they know that Allah extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts. Indeed, in that surely (are) signs for a people who believe.

42:12
To Him (belongs) (the) keys (of) the heavens and the earth. He extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts. Indeed, He of every thing (is) All-Knower.

O you who believe! Remember (the) Favor (of) Allah upon you when determined a people that they stretch towards you their hands, but He restrained their hands from you. And fear Allah. And upon Allah so let put the trust the believers.
