Lam-Qaf-Fa
General Root Meaning
To catch up hurriedly, seize, swallow up quickly, destroy, undo, eat up, catch and retain, collapse, fall upon the enemy, crumble down.

And We inspired to Musa that, "Throw your staff," and suddenly it swallow(ed) what they (were) falsifying.

26:45
Then threw Musa his staff and behold! It swallowed what they falsified.
