And if they had wished (to) go forth, surely they (would) have prepa for it (some) preparation. But disliked Allah their being sent, so He made them lag behind and it was said, "Sit with those who sit."

And when was revealed a Surah that; believe in Allah and strive with His Messenger, ask your permission (the) men (of) wealth among them and said, "Leave us, (to) be with those who sit."
