Shiin-Ayn-Lam

General Root Meaning

to kindle, light (fire), firebrand, kindle war, emit, scatter/disperse, smear (a camel), become excited, filled with wrath, agile/active, clever, whiteness. ishta'ala (vb. 8) - to be lighted, become shining and inflamed. ishta'ala shayban - to become hoary, glisten with grey hairs.

He said, "My Lord! Indeed, [I] (have) weakened (the) bones mine, and flared (my) head (with) white, and not I have been in (my) supplication (to) You my Lord unblessed.
