Wadda (prf. 3rd. p. m. sing. assim.): Loved; Wished; Liked.
Waddat (prf. 3rd. p. f. sing. assim): Wished.
Wadduu (prf. 3rd. p. m. plu. assim.): They love.
Yawaddu (imp. 3rd. p. m. sing. assim.): Wishes.
Tawaddu (imp. 3rd. p. f. sing. assim.): Wants.
Tawadduuna (imp. 2nd. p. m. plu. assim.): Ye wish, love.
Yawadduu (imp. 3rd. p. m. plu. f. d. assim.): They wish.
Waduud (n. ints.): Loving; Affectionate; The most loving.
Al-Waduud One of the excellent names of Allah.
Mawaddtan (v. mim.): Love.
Yuwadduuna (imp. 3rd. p. m. plu. assim. III.): They befriend, developed a mutual love.

2:266
Would like any of you that it be for him a garden, of date-palms and grapevines flowing [from] underneath it the rivers, for him in it of all (kinds) (of) [the] fruits, and strikes him [the] old age and [for] his children (are) weak then falls on it whirlwind, in it (is) fire then it is burnt. Thus makes clear Allah for you (His) Signs so that you may ponder.

That (is of) which gives glad tidings Allah (to) His slaves - those who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, "Not I ask you for it any payment except the love among the relatives." And whoever earns any good, We increase for him therein good. Indeed, Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, All-Appreciative.

And He (is) the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Loving,

O you who believe! (Do) not take My enemies and your enemies (as) allies offering them love while they have disbelieved in what came to you of the truth, driving out the Messenger and yourselves because you believe in Allah, your Lord. If you come forth (to) strive in My way and (to) seek My Pleasure. You confide to them love, but I Am most knowing of what you conceal and what you declare. And whoever does it among you then certainly he has strayed (from the) straight path.

60:1
O you who believe! (On the) day will find every soul what it did of good - presented, and what it did of evil, it will wish [if] that between itself and between it (evil) (was) a distance great. And warns you Allah (against) Himself, and Allah (is) Most Kind to (His) [the] slaves.

5:82
Surely you will find strongest (of) the people (in) enmity to those who believe, the Jews and those who (are) polytheists; and surely you will find nearest of them (in) affection to those who believe, those who say, "We (are) Christians." That (is) because among them (are) priests and monks, and that they (are) not arrogant.

30:21
And among His Signs (is) that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you love and mercy. Indeed, in that surely (are) Signs for a people who reflect.

60:7
Perhaps Allah [that] will put between you and between those (to) whom you have been enemies, among them love. And Allah (is) All-Powerful. And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And when promised you Allah one (of) the two groups - that it (would be) for you - and you wished that (one) other than that (of) the armed would be for you. But intended Allah to justify the truth by His words, and cut off (the) roots (of) the disbelievers

Wish[ed] many from (the) People (of) the Book if they could turn you back from after your (having) faith (to) disbelievers, (out of) jealousy from (of) themselves, (even) from after [what] became clear to them, the truth. So forgive and overlook until brings Allah His Command. Indeed, Allah on every thing (is) All-Powerful.

4:102
And when you are among them and you lead for them the prayer, then let stand a group of them with you and let them take their arms. Then when they have prostrated, then let them be from behind you and let come (forward) a group - other, (which has) not prayed, and let them pray with you and let them take their precautions and their arms. Wished those who disbelieved if you neglect [about] your arms and your baggage so (that) they (can) assault [upon] you (in) an attack, single. But (there is) no blame upon you if was with you any trouble (because) of rain or you are sick that you lay down your arms, but take your precautions. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a punishment humiliating.

4:89
They wish if you disbelieve as they disbelieved and you would be alike. So (do) not take from them allies until they emigrate in (the) way (of) Allah. But if they turn back, seize them and kill them wherever you find them. And (do) not take from them any ally and not any helper,

68:9
They wish that you should compromise, so they would compromise.

If they gain dominance over you, they would be to you enemies and extend against you their hands and their tongues with evil, and they desire that you would disbelieve.

not You will find a people who believe in Allah and the Day the Last loving (those) who oppose Allah and His Messenger even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with a spirit from Him. And He will admit them (to) Gardens, flow from underneath it the rivers, will abide forever in it. is pleased Allah with them, and they are pleased with Him. Those (are the) party (of) Allah. No doubt! Indeed, (the) party (of) Allah, they (are) the successful ones.

(Do) not like those who disbelieve from (the) People (of) the Book and not those who associate partners ( that (there should) be sent down to you any good from your Lord. And Allah chooses for His Mercy whom He wills. And Allah (is the) Possessor (of) [the] Bounty [the] Great.

2:96
And surely you will find them (the) most greedy (of) [the] mankind for life, and (greedier) than those who associate[d] partners (with Al Loves (each) one of them if he could be granted a life (of) a thousand year(s). But not it (will) remove him from the punishment that he should be granted life. And Allah (is) All-Seer of what they do.

4:42
(On) that Day will wish those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger if was leveled with them the earth and not they will (be able to) hide (from) Allah (any) statement.

15:2
Perhaps will wish those who disbelieved, if they had been Muslims.

70:11
They will be made to see each Would wish the criminal if he (could be) ransomed from (the) punishment (of) that Day by his children,

They think the confederates (have) not withdrawn. And if (should) come the confederates they would wish if that they (were) living in (the) desert among the Bedouins, asking about your news. And if they were among you not they would fight except a little.
