General Root Meaning
certainty, surely, of a certainty, to be sure/certain/obvious, to ascertain, one who is certain.
Yuuqinuuna (imp. 3rd. p. m. plu. IV.): They are certain, sure of.
Tuuginuuna (imp 3rd. p. m. plu. VI): Ye are certain.
Istaiqana (imp. 3rd. m. sing. X.): He has firm belief.
Yastaiginu;.. (imp. 3rd. p. m. sing. X): He has firm belief.
LiYastaiqinu In order to be certain, Yagiinun: Sure.
Yaqiinana (acc.): Surely.
Yagiin: Certainty; Death; Inevitable.
Muuginuun (nom.) Muuginiin (acc. ap-der. m. plu. IV.): Those who are certain, convinced.
Mustaiginiina (ap-der, m. plu. X. acc.): Convinced.

And not We have made keepers (of) the Fire except Angels. Thus does let go astray Allah whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows (the) hosts (of) your Lord except Him. And not it (is) but a reminder to (the) human beings.

And if you (could) see when the criminals (will) hang their heads before their Lord, "Our Lord we have seen and we have heard, so return us, we will do righteous (deeds). Indeed, we (are now) certain."

And said those who (do) not know, "Why not speaks to us Allah or comes to us a sign?" Like that said those from before them similar their saying. Became alike their hearts. Indeed, We have made clear the signs for people (who) firmly believe.

Is it then the judgment of [the] ignorance they seek? And who (is) better than Allah (in) judgment for a people (who) firmly believe.

Those who establish the prayer and give zakah and they, in the Hereafter, [they] believe firmly.

Those who establish the prayer and give zakah and they in the Hereafter [they] believe with certainty.

And when (is) fulfilled the word against them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, that the people were, of Our Signs, not certain.
