General Root Meaning
To be guarded, be inaccessible/unapproachable, be chaste, be strongly fortified, difficult to access, be preserved, be protected (against attack), abstain from what is not lawful nor decorous, preserve or guard a thing in places inaccessible/unapproachable, make or render a thing inaccessible or unapproachable or difficult to access, make/render a thing unattainable by reason of its height, to fortify oneself.
  
aḥṣanat   (1)

21:91
And she who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into her of Our Spirit, and We made her and her son a sign for the worlds.

66:12
And Maryam, (the) daughter (of) Imran who guarded her chastity, so We breathed into it of Our Spirit. And she believed (in the) Words (of) her Lord and His Books, and she was of the devoutly obedient.

  
uḥ'ṣinna   (1)

4:25
And whoever (is) not able to among you afford to marry the free chaste [the] believing women then (marry) from what possess[ed] your right hands of your girls - (of) the believers. And Allah knows best about your faith. You (are) from (one) another. So marry them with (the) permission (of) their family and give them their bridal due in a fair manner. (They should be) chaste not those who commit immorality and not those who take secret lovers. Then when they are married and if they commit adultery then for them (is) half (of) what (is) on the free chaste women of the punishment. That (is) for whoever fears committing sin among you and that you be patient (is) better for you. And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

24:4
And those who accuse the chaste women, then not they bring four witnesses, then flog them (with) eighty lashe(s) and (do) not accept their testimony ever. And those, they (are) the defiantly disobedien

24:23
Indeed, those who accuse the chaste women, the unaware women (and) the believing women, are cursed in the world and the Hereafter. And for them (is) a punishment great.

4:25

24:33
And let be chaste those who (do) not find (means for) marriage until enriches them Allah from His Bounty. And those who seek the writing from (those) whom possess your right hands, then give them (the) writing if you know in them any good and give them from the wealth (of) Allah which He has given you. And (do) not compel your slave girls to [the] prostitution, if they desire chastity that you may seek temporary gain (of) the life (of) the world. And whoever compels them, then indeed, Allah from after their compulsion (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Then will come from after that seven hard (years) (which will) consume what you advanced for them, except a little of what you (will) store.

59:2
He (is) the One Who expelled those who disbelieved from (the) People (of) the Scripture from their homes at (the) first gathering. Not you think that they would leave, and they thought that [they] would defend them their fortresses against Allah. But came to them Allah from where not they expected, and He cast into their hearts [the] terror, they destroyed their houses with their hands and the hands (of) the believers. So take a lesson, O those endowed (with) insight!

And We taught him (the) making (of) coats of armor for you to protect you from your battle. Then will you (be) grateful?

Not they will fight you all except in towns fortified or from behind walls. Their violence among themselves (is) severe. You think they (are) united, but their hearts (are) divided. That (is) because they (are) a people, not they reason.

This day are made lawful for you the good things; and (the) food (of) those who were given the Book (is) lawful for you, and your food (is) lawful for them. And the chaste women from the believers and the chaste women from those who were given the Book from before you, when you have given them their bridal due, being chaste not being lewd and not ones (who are) taking secret lovers. And whoever denies the faith - then surely (are) wasted his deeds and he, in the Hereafter, (will be) among the losers.

4:24
And (prohibited are) the ones of the women except whom you possess rightfully. Decree (of) Allah upon you. And are lawful to you what (is) beyond that; that you seek with your wealth desiring to be chaste not (to be) lustful. So what you benefit[ed] of it from them, so you give them their bridal due (as) an obligation. And (there is) no sin on you concerning what you mutually agree of it from beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
