Haa-Sad-Ra
General Root Meaning
To be strait, restricted, hindered. To straiten and encompass/surround someone, prevent someone from going to his business, besiege/beset/confine someone, to confine/keep close/imprison/detain/retain/restrain/withhold someone, withhold or prevent someone from journeying, prevent someone from a thing he desires, take the whole of a thing, take/acquire a thing to oneself, suffer suppression of the bowels or unrinary tract, unable to express one's mind/say what one would, unable to find words to express what one would say, to falter in speech, to falter and be unable to proceed in reading or recitation, to be impeded or straitened, abstain from sexual intercourse, to be impotent, contracted in the bosom, to be niggardly/tenacious/penurious/avaricious, conceal a thing, refrain from divulging a thing.
  
uḥ'ṣir'tum   (1)

2:196
And complete the Hajj and the Umrah for Allah. And if you are held back then (offer) whatever (can be) obtained with ease of the sacrificial animal. And (do) not shave your heads until reaches the sacrificial animal (to) its destination. Then whoever is among you ill or he (has) an ailment of his head then a ransom of fasting or charity or sacrifice. Then when you are secure then whoever took advantage of the Umrah followed (by) the Hajj, then (offer) whatever (can be) obtained with ease of the sacrificial animal. But whoever (can) not find - then a fast (of) three days during the Hajj and seven (days) when you return. This (is) ten (days) in all. That (is) for (the one) whose, not is his family present (near) Al-Masjid Al-Haraam. And fear Allah and know that Allah (is) severe (in) retribution.

  
uḥ'ṣirū   (1)

2:273
For the poor, those who are wrapped up in (the) way (of) Allah, not they are able (to) move about in the earth. Think (about) them, the ignorant one, (that they are) self-sufficien (because) of (their) restraint, you recognize them by their mark. Not (do) they ask the people with importunity. And whatever you spend of good, then indeed, Allah of it (is) All-Knower.

4:90
Except those who join [to] a group between you and between them (is) a treaty or those who come to you restraining their hearts that they fight you or they fight their people. And if (had) willed Allah, surely He (would have) given t over you, and surely they (would have) f So if they withdraw from you and (do) not fight against you and offer to you [the] peace then not (has) made Allah for you against them a way.

17:8
"(It) may be your Lord that (may) have mercy upon you. But if you return, We will return. And We have made Hell, for the disbelievers, a prison-bed."

  
wa-uḥ'ṣurūhum   (1)

9:5
Then when have passed the months sacred, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and seize them and besiege them and sit (in wait) for them (at) every place of ambush. But if they repent and establish the prayer and give the zakah then leave their way. Indeed, Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Then called him the Angels when he (was) standing - praying in the prayer chamber. "Indeed, Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya, confirming [of] a Word from Allah and a noble and chaste and a Prophet among the righteous.
