19:4
He said, "My Lord! Indeed, [I] (have) weakened (the) bones mine, and flared (my) head (with) white, and not I have been in (my) supplication (to) You my Lord unblessed.

Then how will you guard yourselves, if you disbelieve, a Day (that) will make the children gray-haired?

Allah (is) the One Who created you from weakness, then made from after weakness strength, then made from after strength weakness and gray hair. He creates what He wills, and He (is) the All-Knower the All-Powerful.
