General Root Meaning
to join to, be joined, be contiguous, to have dense vegetation. wassa - to bequeath, recommend, order, command with wise counsel and sermon, charge, exhort, enjoin, make a will.
Wassaa (prf. 3rd. p. m. sing. II.): He enjoined, bequeathed, etc.
Wassainaa (prf. 1st. p. plu. II.): We enjoined.
Tausiyatan (v. n. II.): Disposition of affairs.
Ausaa (prf. 3rd. p. m. sing. IV.): He enjoined, bequeathed.
Yuusii (imp. 3rd. p. f. sing. IV ): She enjoins.
Yuusiina (imp. 3rd. p. f. plu. IV.): They (f) bequeath.
Tuusuuna (imp. 2nd p. m. plu. IV.): Ye bequeath.
Yuusaa (pip. 3rd. p. m. sing. IV.): That is bequeathed.
Muusin (ap-der. m. sing. IV.): Testator; One who leaves legacy.

Prescribed for you when approaches any of you [the] death, if he leaves good (making) the will for the parents and the near relatives with due fairness a duty on the righteous ones.

(Take) testimony among you when approaches one of you [the] death, (at the) time (of making) [the] a will two men, just, among you, or two others from other than you if you (are) travel(ing) in the earth then befalls you calamity (of) [the] death. Detain both of them from after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt, "Not we will exchange it for a price even if he is (of) a near relative, and not we will conceal testimony (of) Allah. Indeed, we then (will) surely (be) of the sinners."

And if [is] a man (whose wealth) is to be inheri (has) no parent or child or a women and for him (is) a brother or a sister, then for each one of (the) two (is) the sixth. But if they are more than that, then they (are) partners in the third, from after any will was made [for which] or any debt without (being) harmful. An ordinance from Allah. And Allah (is) All-Knowing, All-Forbearing.

Or were you witnesses when enjoined you Allah with this? Then who (is) more unjust than (one) who invents against Allah a lie to mislead the people without knowledge? Indeed, Allah (does) not guide the people the wrongdoing."

6:151
Say, "Come, I will recite what has prohibited your Lord to you. That (do) not associate with Him anything, and with the parents (be) good, and (do) not kill your children (out) of poverty, We provide for you and for them. And (do) not go near [the] immoralities what (is) apparent of them and what (is) concealed. And (do) not kill the soul which has forbidden Allah except by (legal) right. That (He) has enjoined on you with it, so that you may use reason."

6:152
And (do) not go near wealth (of) the orphans except with that which (is) best until he reaches his maturity. And give full [the] measure and the weight with justice. Not We burden any soul except (to) its capacity. And when you speak then be just even if he is (one of) a near relative. And (the) Covenant (of) Allah fulfil. That (He) has enjoined on you with it so that you may remember.

6:153
And that, this (is) my path straight, so follow it. And (do) not follow the (other) paths, then they will separate you from His path. That (He) has enjoined on you [with it] so that you may become righteous.

And if (there) is (only) one, then for her (is) half. And for his parents, for each one of them a sixth of what (is) left, if is for him a child. But if not is for him any child and inherit[ed] him his parents, then for his mother (is) one third. And if are for him brothers and sisters, then for his mother (is) the sixth from after any will he has made [of which] or any debt. Your parents and your children - not you know which of them (is) nearer to you (in) benefit. An obligation from Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

And enjoined [it] Ibrahim (upon) his sons and Yaqub, "O my sons! Indeed, Allah has chosen for you the religion, so not (should) you die except while you (are) submissive."

And We have enjoined (on) man to his parents goodness, but if they both strive against you to make you associate with Me what not you have of it any knowledge, then (do) not obey both of them. To Me (is) your return, and I will inform you about what you used (to) do.

And We have enjoined (upon) man for his parents - carried him his mother (in) weakness upon weakness, and his weaning (is) in two years that "Be grateful to Me and to your parents; towards Me (is) the destination.

And We have enjoined (on) man to his parents kindness. Carried him his mother (with) hardship and gave birth to him (with) hardship. And (the) bearing of him and (the) weaning of him (is) thirty month(s) until, when he reaches his maturity and reaches forty year(s), he says, "My Lord, grant me (the) power that I may be grateful (for) Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and that I do righteous (deeds) which please You, and make righteous for me among my offspring, indeed, I turn to You and indeed, I am of those who submit."
